Western Lolita and Fairy-Kei Brands
I've seen many lists on the internet of indie lolita brands, but most of them are Japanese, Korean, or Chinese based brands. The problem I find with a lot of these brands is that, since they are indie, they often don't ship internationally. T^T So, I decided to create a list of Western lolita (and fairy-kei! XD ) brands! <3
This list is in no whttp://englishcharm.com/ay comprehensive. So, if you know of any US or European based brands that I didn't include, post a link to them in the comments~!
~~~*** Clothing ***~~~
English charm- A UK based lolita clothing store. Mainly features classical and gothic lolita styles.
Lilly of the Valley - A US based store that features classic and country style lolita clothing. (The creator of this brand also creates some AWESOME lolita KiSS dolls!!!)
Sweet Rococo - I've posted about this California based store before, but I'll do it again! XD This store features a generator tool wear you can create you own skirt, accessory, Jumper Skirt, or One Piece. They have a gallery for you to gather inspiration from as well! They also have a select type of items available for sell including a wonderful petticoat!
Silversark - Wisconsin based store that sells sweet, country, and classic lolita clothing.
Lauralyn - An Oregon based store that sells sweet lolita clothing and accessories. Has super cute kitty scarves~! <3
In The Starlight - AMAZING Illinois based lolita clothing store~! X3 Sells mainly gothic and classic lolita clothing, but they also sells a few sweet accessories as well. They also make a very good petticoat!
~~~*** Shoes ***~~~
~~~*** Accessories ***~~~
Kawaii Goods - California based accessory store. Mainly specializes in hair clips for fairy-kei and Over the Top sweet lolits styles.
Le Chat Beige - Canada based store that features some nautical and fairy-kei/OTT sweet accessories.
Zambi Candy - California based store that features cute jewellery and artwork. Many of the items would work for fairy-kei and possibly OTT sweet lolita styles!
Jilted Coquette - Washington based store that mainly features gothic hairclips, rings, and necklaces. Has a few classic and sweet lolita accessories as well.
Dellamore - California based fairy-kei accessory creator~! I have actually ordered from her, and I personally think she's fantastic. X3
~~~*** Undergarments ***~~~
Sock Dreams - Oregan based shop that sells many styles of tights, leggings, and socks. Many are great for casual wear, and a few would work for lolita or fairy-kei outfits.
We Love Colors - Florida based store that sells tights, leggings, and socks in many, many different colors! Most are pretty flamboyant, but the plain tights come in 51 colors. So, you can match them perfectly to your outfit!

Etsy Shop and Order Review - DellaMore and YippieKawaiiYeah
Yay~! I finally ordered some new stuff from Etsy~! X3 <3
First up: Dellamore!
I absolutely LOVE everything in Dellamore's store! I am a true fairy-kei girl at heart, and her stuff just makes me so happy! XD
She not only carries lots of cute jewelery and accessories featuring pastel stars, bunnies, and clay marshmallows, but she also has some uber-kawaii stationary stuff as well!
Here's the order review with pics!:

Inside the generic mailing envelope, this is what I find! Really, people. You can't get much cuter than pastel green tissue paper with adorable stickers. XP
Ya' know what? I totally lied. You can get much cuter~! X3 This is the packaging that contained my necklace!
The 'Bunny Love' necklace! It's so pretty and pastel-y~~~! The bunny makes me feel all happy inside.
Packaging for my bracelet! And another cute sticker!!! <3
The 'Bunny Hop' bracelet! I really like how Dellamore mixes the pastel colors with gold chains! The combination is a bit unexpected, but very cute!
The 'Sugary Love' necklace! The clay marshmallow is soooo cute! I love it!
All in all, I am very happy with my purchase! I can't wait to order more! <3
Now for: YippieKawaiiYeah
How in the world can you be a true ruffle-butt without learning how to make absolutely adorable things out of clay? Thankfully, places like YippieKawaiiYeah are there to provide us with tutorials (I've posted some vids in my Deco-lolita post), and TONS of supplies! It's crazy the amount of molds this lady has in her store!
Order review (with more pics!):
A set of 15 white, brown, and pink glue sticks! These guys make some awesome icing or filling!
I finally bought a bag of 'whipped cream clay'! Before I bought this, I had been using silicone to make all of my whipped cream, and that was some EXTREMELY stinky stuff! I'm very happy I bought this!
Fake sprinkles! And they even come in their own little container I can decorate! Hell yeah! XD
My very first macaroon mold! I almost couldn't decide what kind of mold to buy. So, I decided to go with the most basic! I went with the 24mm one because I wanted it to be a little bigger for necklaces.
And I even got a 'thank you' gift! It's a little 'deco stick' of a chocolate swirl!
I only bought a handful of starter things right now, but, believe me, I'll be adding more to it soon enough! I'm very happy with this purchase as well!

Etsy clothing shops that I stalk...
Okay, I love Etsy, but I've only ever bought one thing from a shop on there [a super adorable dress from here: http://www.etsy.com/people/Ritzyknits]. So instead, I just crazily stalk awesome shops!
Here's some of my favorite clothing stores~! If you want to see my full list of favorites, just check out: http://www.etsy.com/people/YokaiAkito
Ruffle Butt-friendly clothing shops ['ruffle butt' being my nickname for lolita or fairy kei kids]
http://www.etsy.com/shop/TheVintageStudio - Super cute dresses and skirts! They all feature belle skirts (AKA: cupcake skirts). Pastels and simple patterns are a favorite of the store.
http://www.etsy.com/shop/priscilladawn - This shop features belle skirted dresses as well, but they go for more outgoing colors and prints.
http://www.etsy.com/shop/ichigoblack - They mainly focus on a darker color theme. They also sell micro bloomers, and are one of the few shops to feature Qi-lolita style dresses and tops!
Other Clothing Shops
http://www.etsy.com/shop/blackorchiddesignsca - This shop features gothic, steampunk, and raver clothing styles and accessories. This shop is also plus size friendly! XD
http://www.etsy.com/shop/CrudeThings - This shop caries some of the most amazing and strangest clothing you will ever find. It also features some amazing (and huge!) wigs!
http://www.etsy.com/people/MTcoffinzUnderground - This shop specializes in gothic and raver skirts and accessories, but they also have a handful of beautiful formal gowns.
I have LOTS more favorite stores, but I'll save them for another post. XP

Fashion Videos~!
One of my favorite things about fashion is just seeing what people can do with their clothes! That's why I love the fact that many fashion devotees post their cool tutorials and general outfit videos up on YouTube. X3
Here's a few of my favorite ones:
Wigs 101: Section 1: Basics
Really informative video about taking care of your wigs, and also how to make them look uber-kawaii~!
Lifestyle of Goth-Loli Girls and Mana-sama Interview
I really like how this video featured some everyday lolita girls. All too often we only see interview with designers or models. Very refreshing!
Tu-tu: Many Ways to Wear a Skirt
This girl is soooo cute! I love all of her videos! Trying to recycle a piece of clothing so it fits many different styles is always a hassle for me. So, I really liked the creativity she showed in this video!
Hors Serie: Lolitas (Translated) Partie 1 (Part1)
AWESOME show! I absolutely LOVE how they portrayed the lolita boys and girls in a kind and respectful manner. I also loved how one of the older lolitas talked about modifying little girl dresses because there was no way to get lolita-ish outfits any other way. Oh, how the times have changed for the better! X3
7 Ways to Wear a Scarf
Michelle and Chriselle are always so creative and beautiful! I always have trouble with versatility in my wardrobe. So, this video really gave me some ideas.
How to Make a Steampunk Outfit, Threadbanger-style
I really love these guys! They keep an indie feel to their videos, but still make them look really professional! This video has lots of good info and pointer for anyone interested in the Steampunk fashion style.
For my next video blog, I'll post some super awesome music videos that feature spectacular outfits! X3
